Exhibition: Refresh Amsterdam – Imagine the Future
I’m proud to be part of the group exhibition Refresh Amsterdam – Imagine the Future at the Amsterdam Museum, on view from July 10 until November 30, 2025.
This edition of Refresh Amsterdam brings together artists from diverse backgrounds to share their visions of the future of Amsterdam and the world. What does progress mean? What could a sustainable and connected society look like? And how can art help shape that future?
My artwork, titled “Magical Power”, is a visual call to embrace the inner strength that lives within each of us.In a time of climate crisis, social division, and rapid technological change, I believe resilience, hope, and love are essential. Magical Power symbolizes the connection between humans and nature, the pursuit of inner balance, and the transformative power of creativity.
My wish is to inspire people to believe in a positive future, no matter how uncertain the times may be.
I believe art has the power to connect, to heal, and to spark change. That is what the Netherlands – and the world – needs for the next 750 years: the courage to change, the imagination to dream, and the willingness to create the future together.
